Why doesn't the Arkfeld Pro turn on even after a full charge, and only shows 1 bar? It seems the Arkfeld Pro is in lockout mode. Please press and hold the center button for about 1 second until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or green beam, and it will be unlocked.

Is the green beam on the Arkfeld Pro brighter than the regular Arkfeld? Yes, the Arkfeld Pro's green beam is much brighter, at ≤5mW, compared to the regular Arkfeld's ≤0.39mW.

Can I turn on the white light and green beam on the Arkfeld Pro simultaneously? Yes. You can also change the white light's brightness level when both are working, by pressing and holding the central button to cycle through Low, Medium, and High modes (Moon mode is not included in this setting).
