Fly Bait Refill Packets for Outdoor Fly Traps

The Bugbane fly bait is designed to be used with all outdoor reusable fly traps. Please note, this bait is only suitable for OUTDOOR traps, as it has a strong smell. Traps should be hung at least 20 feet away from inhabited areas for best results.

Our natural bait contains only fish, egg, and bran, so there's no need to worry if your dog accidentally consumes it. The bait begins working immediately but will reach full potency after around 2 days.

The Bugbane bait powerfully attracts all common flies, such as house, blow, flesh, stable, phorid, drain, horse, deer, cluster, and tachinid flies. It's ideal as a stable fly trap or ranch fly trap, or for any outdoor area plagued by flies.

Once your trap is full, simply pour the liquid contents into a plastic bag, tie it up, and place that bag into a second bag before disposing of it in the outdoor trash. This will prevent any smelly liquid from leaking.

Our bait can attract flies from over 30 feet away. We advise replacing the bait after 3 months or once the trap becomes full, whichever comes first. If the water level drops due to evaporation, you can top it up with fresh water as many times as needed.
